When you are stuck on a @TPExpressTrains train for almost 4 hours and not a single member of staff to be seen! Parched!! passengers including children complaining of feeling faint and not even a sight of a bottle of water!!! Disgusting

Bravo to @BritishGas, had huge problems with my home insurer @NatWestGroup who wouldnโt help me with a leak in my home with water running down my lounge wall. Thankfully I remembered I was covered with BG (roof cover/homecare) who fully fixed and resolved in less than 24h ๐๐ผ
@TonyMaudsley1 just so you know, since lockdown, you have been the saving grace for our family, my husband is working all day and I am working full time for a bank from home, whilst homeschooling!! we have been watching Benidorm as family time every night and you are our hero xโค๏ธ
@virginmedia Shocking, still no WiFi, trying to work from home full time like many others, so frustrated that I can not access my systems and nor can my children access their home learning, and to top things off no Netflix!! Haway man
