@erickdaRed A partial incentive on performance makes sense but you can’t 100% tie payment on outcome. Medical providers can do everything in their power, do their job well, and the patient still have a bad outcome.

@erickdaRed That money ain’t going to doctors. Reimbursements to doctors have gone down steadily for years. The money is going elsewhere. But insurances, hospital admin, pharmacy lobbyists want you to blame doctor salaries for the cost of healthcare
