Hey @amazon you need to do better. your customer service are not helpful. Your supervisors are even worse. Lied to multiple times saying that I was getting a refund for an item that was canceled. You took the money in seconds. It’s been almst 3 weeks and no resolution. Fix this.
Hey @TMobile what happened to you guys? I’ve been sent to 4 different reps to do a simple jump upgrade. Nobody could help me. As a 20 year customer I’m thinking @Verizon will get my business
