@PassportIRL and as I was told by people in your office that it would be ready today for collection and then I was told in the office today that I shouldn’t of booked a holiday with no passport !!! Explain this please

@PassportIRL and has since been told there is nothing that can be done yet other people are walking by and stopping her that they are getting there passport printed tonfay for there flights tomorrow why is it that they can get there passport on the day but no help for us ????

@PassportIRL my daughter is in your Dublin office her daughter is flying tomorrow with us tomorrow her passport has been with yourselves for over 12 working days she is getting no help to get the passport and was told that she could collect the passport in the Dublin office today
