The best way to work is without rules.
It's why who you surround yourself with is always most important.
Everyone wants to work whenever they want.
Everyone wants work wherever they want.
Everyone wants creativity.
Most people don't want to micromanage.
Smart people have incredible feel for what is acceptable and what is not acceptable.
They know whats important.
They know what needs to get done and when.
They build trust early and often.
When this happens, no one think about you because they know you'll deliver.
Freedom can exist as an employee.
@YOHAMI Yeah, she’s smiling and gazing into his eyes dude. She’s completely timeless.
And pedestal is a stretch. The idea that picking a spouse is one of the most important decisions you’ll make isint new.
And you ought to marry someone whom you admire in certain respects.
@YOHAMI I ain’t. You’re watching videos and claiming people feel the opposite of what they are doing.
Not saying you’re wrong, but you probably are and at a minimum its debatable.
@YOHAMI That was your interpretation.
Just like how the original poster said he was about to get a blowjob.
The point is, you haven’t got a clue how she feels about him and the only evidence we have is positive feedback from her.
It might all be in your head my friend.
@YOHAMI Okay so let me get this straight.
The guy in the video, who has a loving wife and family, worth hundreds of millions of dollars, is not succeeding? It’s not working?
And your evidence is?
@YOHAMI You’ve attached so firmly to a framework that you’re missing the fortuitous nature of love, attraction, and life in general.
Hard to take you serious when you disagree with every single word.
@ChrisRamsey60@StretchGoat_ Respectfully, you missed Gary Vs point.
And broadly, the market is bad. Exit and liquidity data make this obvious. But yes, great deals exist. Two different things.
@YOHAMI What he said doesn’t conflict with your post is the issue.
The video is a guy saying his best decision was choosing the right wife, and that his love for her and his family motivates him.
You haven’t actually pointed to something he said that you disagree with.
@YOHAMI No, I mean the lesson the man in the video needs to learn.
I don’t see how loving your wife and motivation rooted in providing and improving your family is a negative approach.
