We were supposed to reach Mumbai for a funeral of a close family member.
We decided to leave the airport and go back home. Many people had connecting flights, had children travelling with them and @airindia refused to take accountability and serve their customers right.

With little confidence in what he was saying, he then suggested that the flight will leave at 7:15 am and that we will all just have to wait at the airport till that time.
The reason for such delay: no crew members available for the flight. Wtf ?
