@CBCHamilton The frustrating part is the phone # given only lets you leave a message and the email address given, well, who knows when your email will be answered. For some reason I'm able to us my original login information but was only able to see my high school child not my younger child.

@GatestoneSchool Yupe received the email but never received the new password when trying to reset password. Sent a message to the info email address provided and no response.
