@AmericanExpress That's an easy deflection. I have called and spoken to your team. You are unwilling to stand behind the fact that the numbers on the card are easily read and I lost $1500 using your gift cards.

@AmericanExpress @jvdheever1 They will just deny your claim. That's what @AmericanExpress does - even if you've followed their processes and you are a customer of 20+ years. Stay clear, especially of the prepaid gift cards.
