Make no mistake, England have players to control games with the ball. The problem is that Tuchel’s mindset from day one was to have a strong defense.

Tuchel killed England with his cowardice… no different to Southgate.

1-0 up, against a desperate high line from Argentina - crying out for Saka, Rashford and Watkins in that game state.

Instead defender after defended came on, Roy Hodgson style rather than the tactical maestro we were promised in Tuchel.

We just let Messi run the right flank with ease and gave Enzo room to keep getting shots off from distance. How was this not stopped?
