On the phone with @united customer service. Waited 2 hrs to get a rep. But what's worse is it's taking more than an hour to just purchase a ticket. They have all my information, but "system slowdowns" keep them from processing my credit card. Anybody else facing these challenges?

@wanjirukarra @united Wow. That’s worse than mine. They are almost done processing my credit card. But they had me repeat the credit card information three times before it finally went through. They also almost sent the confirmation email to the wrong email. 🤦🏻

Curious whether Nov 18 home games have always been bad luck. I checked past schedules and in 33 years between 85 and 18 the skins have played 2 Nov 18 home games (‘12, ‘90) They won both (31 to 6;31 to 17) So, if you’re a skins QB at home on Nov 18 you either win big or go home.
