The highly capable German, French, and Swedish nuclear industries build reactors across Europe. After the electricity sector is covered, nuclear district heating and nuclear process heat are expanded.

By the 2020s, European economies have mostly phased out fossil fuels except in some transportation sectors and as feedstock for chemical and industrial processes. The now oversized storage facilities give Europe substantial buffer against any supply shocks.
