Another interesting tidbit here: Caldwell police claiming because Canyon County doesn’t have a mask mandate, they can’t use “physical force” to enforce a rule only in school district policy & not in state/city code

Seems like this would put Idaho schools who want masks in a bind

@nicoleMfoy Southwest District Health has been defending their lack of a mask mandate by saying that property owners have a right to enforce their own rules through trespass laws. Catch 22 if Caldwell will not enforce those laws.
