@Nedbank Hi. I was told an account will be closed of a person that passed away in 2021 and it wasnโt now deductions are going off. Where do I report that. Also reporting to the ombudsman.

@Vodacom111 My vodacom life cover was canceled due to "non payment" for second time but all was payed and I've send you the details. No one returned my emails or calls. I am going to the ombudsman now. I want to know who is screwing around with my portfolio.
@supersonicfibre Iโve upgraded by fibre to 200mb and received the notification saying it was successfull but my network speed is exactly the same as before. Iโve Whatsapp, called, requested callback and Iโve DMed you several times and no feedback. When will this problem be fixed?
@supersonicfibre I did it before. You keep on asking me the same info and you do nothing. I now have reception and then suddenly all is gone. Look at your dms and do something about the case that was logged. I am on 200mbps line and not rven getting 100!!!!
