I've done my part. Any PS5 digital games I either have on preorder or I'm currently playing through will be my last purchases.

From here on out, it's physical games, Switch, and PC. The PS5 is my last console from SONY.

I'm beyond disappointed as a gamer from the PS1 era.

Brazil has some updates regarding PlayStation and Sony ending physical game media🚀

✅Following a consumer complaint, the consumer protection agency PROCON-SP has officially affirmed the rights of PlayStation gamers regarding physical and digital game ownership.

✅Consumers have the right to freely use, sell, lend, and share both digital and physical games with others.

✅Companies are prohibited from imposing new rules or usage restrictions after a game has been purchased or licensed.

✅Sony's current fine print, which allows the company to remove a player's digital collection without warning, is considered abusive and legally invalid.

✅PROCON-SP is not blocking Sony's announced platform migration, but explicitly mandates that the process must fully comply with the Consumer Defense Code and respect all acquired consumer rights.

✅Thus can be significant victory for the player community's organic movement and is currently awaiting a further response from Senacon.
