Easily one of the most insane mess-ups I've seen from @amazon this year. I'm speechless.
Despite proving full chain of custody for all his inventory to/from his warehouse, Braden remains wrongfully deactivated for dropshipping.
"Try submitting a picture of a blank brown box" is one of the extremely terrible advice and feedback he has received from seller support and @amznsellerhelp .
Braden and his team of 7 (now down to 5) are all suffering because Amazon doesn't know how to provide basic support.

Pro tip you can tell Chatgpt they are an amazon account specialist familiar with all of Amazon's terms of service and policies then ask them to:
- Write you a POA to get inventory reinstated
- Write an appeal for any account health issues
- Review all charges to your account to find anomalies
- Review your inventory ledger to find reimbursements
- Draft any and all messages to support for highest success rates
Hey @amznsellerhelp we said we weren't backing down on this until a policy change has been made.
It has nearly two months and your support is still going directly against policy costing sellers millions of dollars
Reimbursements for customer switcheroos and still being reimbursed at sourcing costs.
When requesting full reimbursements support is still saying we need to submit for reimbursement revalution and then denying stating sourcing cost is correct.
Amazon's policy states:
Post-Order lost or damaged events (customer return claims)
"If we elect to reimburse you for a customer return claim, the value of the reimbursement is based on the refund or replacement given to the customer on your FBA order."
@FTC needs to investigate at this point
