@Celcom Nothing gets solved. 17 years being a loyal customer. At the end of the day, MCMC only penalised @Celcom a certain amount for failure. Just like how previously an international bank was being fined for money laundering. The amount of fine can be recoupe back in 3 days.
@Celcom And you have to make the call again, once you managed to talk to the bank officer, the call drop again. How would you feel? @Celcom @kkd_gov @fahmi_fadzil
@Celcom I've been constantly reporting call drop. At I've got is just a standard response from Celcom. I even had the sim card change as requested from the support. Honestly call drop is really unacceptable. Imagine you calling the bank, and before you could speak further, the call drop.

The number of issues reported are too much, the best they could do is give rebate, then issue came back, reported again, and they just close my report. Line drop is so common recently. So disappointed with their SLA.
@fahmi_fadzil@helpmeunifi@unifi superfast Internet! Log call twice, reset my port twice, and yet issue did not resolve. It has been on this speed for more than a day. I remembered the last time I had this slow connectivity was probably during streamyx.
@unifi@helpmeunifi I have issues with unifi, support team have reset my port twice and problem still occurs. Your chatbox always get disconnected. How do you expect me to log a call?
@LotussMalaysia the price is confusing at Lotus Kepong. I checked with the cashier and he refused to give me the lowest pricing, and dare me to report it to @KPDNKK. Reported and pending investigation.
