@TUIUK nearly a month ago you finally contacted me about my complaint raised at the start of September, and said you'd email me regarding the agreed compensation. You still haven't and I chased it up again 2 weeks ago and you still haven't replied!! When will I receive my money?
@Studio10Beauty COMPLAINT about your extremely poor customer service and no replies from you. I paid for plumping blush over 2 months ago with pre delivery for August. I have still not received it or had any update re when I will after 2 emails and a twitter post. Please reply!
@Studio10Beauty I ordered and paid for plumping blush in July on pre order for August delivery. I've emailed twice this month to ask when I will receive and you haven't had the courtesy to reply.
