@PATHTrain Is the vending machine info something new? Last I checked you can only see if you have an active 10 trip (20 trip etc), but not the actual balance.
@PATHTrain how can I check my trip balance? TAPP website is currently not working. I’ve tried two different devices and get ‘unexpected server error’. Really terrible design that there is no way to access this info from the turnstile or vending machine.
@ring what terrible customer service you have. For a company owned by @amazon you really need to step up your order management and customer service people. Just terrible experience and I’m trying buy a product!
@PATHTrain When will we be able to see trip balance at the turnstile (like SmartLink tech that’s 30 years old), or even at a vending machine? Seems bonkers that you can’t check the balance (ie trips remaining) unless you register for a tappandride account
@PATHTrain You guys better figure something out for customers at HAR. Platform is packed, getting dangerous. No trains here for over 15 minutes.
If the problem is at NWK, why can’t trains start/end at HAR - the NWK customers have access to NJT (cross honoring)?
@OpieRadio Look at Eero (from Amazon) or TP Link Deco mesh systems. Lots of YouTube videos and articles to learn more about but you connect one device to the router then place additional ones (nodes) in various places around the house. Better WiFi coverage/speed/reliability.
@OpieRadio long time first time! Have you tried a mesh network for your WiFi issues out east? Cable company WiFi from their routers tend to suck for various reasons.
More facts: Then told needed fuel, but no one authorized to fill plane. Didn’t arrive at gate in PHL until 3am after sitting there for several hours.
No reasonable plan to get passengers to EWR.

@united Flight 1933 LAS–EWR (3/16) was unacceptable—2hr delay, 2hrs on tarmac, then a diversion with no clear plan to reach EWR. Told aircraft needed fuel but lacked authorization—how? What went wrong and how will you make this right?
Some additional facts:
Flight delayed 2 hours (weather)
Flight left gate after another hour only to sit on tarmac in LAS for 1hr15 minutes.
Flight approached Newark but diverted to PHL for ‘weather’ even though other UA flights were landing at the same time.
@PATHTrain Guessing the weekend testing didn’t go so well, now I’m sitting between JSQ-HAR for the past 15 minutes.
Signal issues? Really? That’s still the narrative after all these years?
@AmazonHelp I’ve been down that route already. I’ve been told to reboot, then told it’s an Alexa+ issue causing problems for ALL customers , then told to call when it happens. Can someone on the X team try to confirm what the issue is and when it will be fixed?
@AmazonHelp Why does the Amazon echo show now just display a black screen with three icons in the upper left corner. Sometimes is a fully black screen with no icons. Did Amazon recently update the software?
