@jasonlk There are many ways to stave off the “inherent churn in SMB.” Not all SMBs are restaurants etc. They don’t all go out of business that the same rate. If you can own the right infrastructure (phones, banking, etc.) in the right segments, you can stick. Then sales CAC works.
