Traffic Enforcement Commercial Vehicle Charged for Speeding

On April 6, 2025, at 9:52 PM, the Nottawasaga OPP Traffic Unit conducted a stop on a commercial motor vehicle traveling at a dangerous speed of 90 km/h in a posted 60 km/h zone on the 30th Side Road in Loretto.

The driver was promptly charged with speeding, a serious violation that puts everyone on the road at risk. Commercial vehicles are held to higher standards for safety, and excessive speeding like this is simply unacceptable.
