BREAKING: Congressman Eric Swalwell throws down the gauntlet to Kristi Noem and Tom Homan and warns them that they're not "invincible" because the midterm elections are coming — and they're going to be investigated.

Once Democrats seize control of Congress, it's game over for MAGA fascism...

"Kristi Noem and Tom Homan, you should familiarize yourself with the four corners of this room," said Swalwell. "Kristi Noem and Tom Homan, get to know that witness chair. You're going to be parked in it for a long time."

"You're going to have a lot of questions under oath with the subpoena power and I hope what you're doing is clean and can withstand the scrutiny that everyone on this side of the aisle is going to bring," he continued. You think we won't do it. You think you're invincible. You're wrong. Accountability is coming. You've got about a year and I yield back."

Swalwell's threat isn't just empty bluster. Once we win the House back next November — an increasingly likely scenario given Trump's worsening economy and Epstein scandal — Democrats will be able to haul anyone they want in front of Congress to testify under oath. Every abuse and corrupt act undertaken by ICE will be placed under a microscope and prosecuted accordingly.

On top of that, Noem and Homan have personal corruption issues to worry about. With subpoena power, Democrats will be able to dig into the $50,000 cash bribe that Homan was caught accepting in a bag in an FBI sting. They'll also want to probe the fact that a firm timed to Noem secretly received money from $220 million Homeland Security ad contracts.

The most blatantly criminal administration in American history is about to pay the piper.

Will Trump try to suspend or rig the mid-terms? Absolutely. I do not doubt this. I just doubt they'll be able to pull it off without punching themselves in the ballbag. Economic despair and desperation will add fuel to the flames, creating a cataclysmic backlash.
