@Blackhawk_Up If this is true, what are Hawks management thinking?? In the past, we have seen trades like Dallas trading Jarome Iginla (when he was a top prospect) to Calgary for Joe Nieuwendyk (superstar) and Dallas won the cup that year. Lafreniere or Kakko with top picks is the right thing

@bharej30 @PuckinHostile 100%, I said this last week on the Hawks fan page. This is nothing new and has been done before by other teams and players. (Doug Weight in 2005-06 & 2006-2007) St.Loius to Carolina and back to St.Loius. others Roberto Luongo back to Florida, Wendel Clark back to Toronto.

@Blackhawk_Up I know the Hawks want to rank bad this year for hope of winning the lottery(Big Risk), so they can get Connor Bedard 1st overall who is supposed to be the next real deal star. 🤦‍♂️

@Blackhawk_Up Hawks should also sign 1yr deals with players good enough to flip for picks or prospects at the trade deadline.

@Blackhawk_Up Hawks should trade Toews, Kane and if possible S.Jones, since they are rebuilding. Get as many prospects/draft picks for them. Also, take on other teams bad contracts that have only 1 or 2 years left for picks.

@tyoung1110 @Jackie_Redmond @ryanfancey I watched 2 of Kyle Beach's games and thought he was a very good young player at the time and would have turned out very good. Back then as a Blackhawks fan I couldn't understand why they never gave him a serious shot in the NHL. Now we now why! Sad
