Tesla shareholders funded the robotaxi vision through the hard part.
The missed timelines, ridicule, drawdowns, and the “FSD is impossible” years.
So if Tesla ever gets folded into SpaceX, the question isn’t “would that be cool?”
It’s: who gets paid for the robotaxi value?
Bradford breaks it down here.👇
@CernBasher@grant_melson I engaged in your discussion and I mostly agree with Grant. I have tremendous respect for you Cern and highly value your analysis and input but it definitely feels like you are pumping the merger at the potential near term expense of Tesla shareholders.
SpaceX has to buy Optimus and tons of chips and solar from Tesla. Buying stuff works both ways. 70% dilution of my shares is exactly what I will get if they merge soon. Musk on the other hand wants exactly this situation as he owns like 42% of SpaceX and a merger would give him a larger stake in Tesla than he has today. All of this is being orchestrated by Musk to get him more ownership and control of Tesla.
@emkenobi Do you actually think a congressional representative has the power to arrest a sitting president? POTUS cannot be charged with any crime while in office. He should be impeached and removed from office. Then charged.
