Since ancient Israel were previously given Moses’ law; and the roles of the priests; and they weren’t originally meant to have a king, only the Lord and since they now have a new covenant—I wonder what societal structures the nations are meant to have now in Christ by the gospel

“The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy” (Revelation 19:10) likely meant, among other things, that prophecy, including Old Testament prophecy, was spiritual, and that it was all about JESUS, the gospel. Now go back and re-read Old Testament prophecies with that proviso.
