@joncoopertweets Damn so you support a hateful ideology about death and ignorance. Good to know you're indoctrinating your kids to be evil and backwards too
@chico_ray@SydneyLWatson You seem to have some trauma yourself you're projecting onto me for simply not wanting every woman character to be the same. Calm down, maybe grab a nap, and grow up and be normal k little guy? Sorry I struck a nerve
@fvkkinhell@LvlZeroGamingTV@SonySantaMonica@Dominos_UK More like a bunch of devs being culture warrior losers and hiring consultants and main writers to be the same. They just can't stop with their war on male gaze, sexual differences, and hiring for immutable characteristics rather than merit (causing samey low talent writing)
You need to re-read what was said. Yes of course it would be nice to sell to everyone. However games appeal to certain sexes and certain ages and certain people more. People of all types will play, but don't try to cater to a specific person just cause their group doesn't play as many.
It wouldn't bother me if they just had some variety. Modern writers seem too obsessed with gender ideology to acknowledge differences between men and women and what's appealing about them on the whole. Sure a strong, tough, or military woman can exist as we see in the real world, BUT my god have some variety and have sexy heroines like Nami from One Piece who uses her cuteness to win many times and trick people or Boa Hancock who plays into her beauty and uses it as a point of arrogance or Winrey who leans into her maternal instincts and helps others heal or Eve who is kinda made uncomfortable by her pristine beauty compared to an ugly world and has a social awkwardness because of it
But no. They never need the help of any man, can never be wrong, can never stumble unless it's somebody else's fault, and can never ever be emotional or irrational cause muh stereotypes!
Oh yeah and they gotta be bland looking cause apparently every woman just wants to be a plank of wood who scowls or it's bad
@XxToneDeafx@JessicaNigri She's culture warring. She gotta culture war and act like people want this while giving people the exact opposite to make money
@GenePark@MrHooboMaster See the community note Gene. Put the blame for anything they receive squarely on the devs that knew what they were doing. Now they've attacked the new GoW actress with what they've done to her face. Sad these devs are pure evil
@Zarbalos0921@SydneyLWatson@mexillentJunior She shouldn't do anything. Would be a terrible retcon to just undermine Kratos and his son and go "nah it was all mom in the afterlife"
Oh God no do not ruin the Norse duology by just having her come back. It should have been a prequel playing as Kratos where she's the final boss and then you do the sex mini game with the pot falling off the end table at the end as an homage to the Greek games and to lead into the horse duology
Oh great another female character where her one and first thought of trait is "badass" and she just acts like a man
Just once I wish writers would show some creativity and have them act feminine or motherly or something. They'll never make a Nami or Eve or Winrey. Nah they'll just cater to troon activists who think men and women are the same.
@joshsahm@PepeSaltMines@_jdodd Exactly so it's weird they bring in consultants and spend millions altering character models just to fight the male gaze and misogyny as they see it to the point that writing consultants have said to terrify ceos till they hire them
@MichaelRocky11@GGore65002096@FairytailGirlOF What you just described is social media fan tourists who always want fugly women and culture war devs making their games. They will hype laufey on social media but then not support it with sales
