After a hectic period of family activity the next SLS Journal (951) has gone off for printing. Now to catch up on correspondence for the Early Railways Conference in Darlington next month.
Another editing job off to the printer today. Journal 951 will be with members on time circa 1st September. Important update enclosed regarding the recent AGM decisions plus the renewal forms for 2026 memberships.
@afneil The BBC was far better before it was run down and partially privatised by splitting production off to independents. No way to put the genie back in the bottle but I am one in favour of the licence fee and getting the fee back to a sensible value.
