IGRTC continues to play a pivotal role in addressing intergovernmental disputes for effective service delivery. Today, Vice Chairperson Madam Saadia Kontoma, alongside Members Mrs. Angeline Hongo and Mrs. Linet Mavu, held a joint consultative meeting with representatives from the Water Services Regulatory Board (WASREB), led by Acting CEO Eng. Richard Cheruiyot and Water Service Providers from Murang’a County.

The meeting aimed to address and resolve a dispute between the County Government of Murang’a and WASREB, ensuring a collaborative approach to water service management in the county.

This engagement highlights IGRTC’s commitment to promoting cooperation and consultation among stakeholders to enhance the delivery of essential services to citizens.
