@AshLauren03@BrianaWhitney The FBI did not have to make a statement, and the statement they chose to make DID NOT contradict her reporting. They merely told Fox News that the report "did not come from us." This is a classic non-denial denial.
If Aetna ceases to be in network for my insurance before I am able to change to a new plan on https://t.co/bupIHE53hE, that's your responsibility, not mine. You're the largest employer in the Triangle, with a massive budget. YOU fix this.
Hey @DukeHealth miss me with this "take action today" nonsense https://t.co/FtYvomQIxi YOU negotiated a contract with @Aetna that expires in the middle of the year, knowing it could leave ACA enrollees in the lurch. There's no reason you can't extend the current contract to 12/31
@bloodoftheland Oh come on. In the ‘83 version, the Sy Snootles bit was something that more or less happens in the background. It’s not a “musical number” (and neither was the cantina band scene). The Special Edition foregrounds the Max Rebo Muppet band in a way that feels jarring/out of place
@Rodericka Doug Emhoff gave up his very lucrative law firm job before his wife was inaugurated as VP to avoid the appearance of a conflict of interest.
@RepGregSteube We don't live in a direct democracy. The Majority Leader was also not chosen by the American people, yet he has profound power over which bills get brought up for a vote and essentially has "veto power." This is the approach chosen on by our elected representatives in the Senate.
@kaseyklimes Imagine focusing your campaign like a laser beam on the one issue that 80% of the voters agree is their biggest concern - affordability. Listening to the voters is not a matter of left/right.
@RepKeithSelf Moving the goalposts whenever you don't get your way sounds like a typical Republican. Maybe you shouldn't be telling the Senate how to do the Senate's business? Don't you already have a job?
@bloodoftheland The fact that Disney has not attempted to monetize the unaltered versions in the 10+ years since they bought Lucasfilm suggests that Lucas included a clause in their deal that prohibits them from re-releasing the original theatrical versions. Just a guess.
@prince@PaisleyPark 2. An agreement achieved under duress is not a "mutual" agreement. Perhaps the estate paid Netflix some amount of money to make them whole again. That is the only way in which this newly announced agreement was "mutual." The estate does not care about Prince, they care about $.
@prince@PaisleyPark 1. Netflix & the estate had a *mutual* agreement that would allow a brilliant filmmaker to produce a documentary series worthy of Prince. He made that series, but the estate pulled the plug, deciding that it would harm the marketability of their "product." Shameful.
@mjanpw @lxeagle17 This is the correct answer. It asks you if you have a TV license, you say yes, and you’re golden. If I recall correctly, you also have to log in to a BBC account to view some programs. I’m not sure if that applies to live programming. I will be watching you on BBC as well!
@James_Fulton22 TIL that Taylor Swift wrote a song referencing The Blue Nile and one of the best songs of the 80s. The girl has taste. So does Annie Lennox. https://t.co/GQgApMS8Sg
@SenatorTimScott Virginia is removing US citizens from their voter rolls to solve a problem that does not exist. Despite your party’s best efforts to steal this election just as you tried to do in 2020, the Democrats are going to win.
@JeffFlake Someone needs to tell Mitt Romney that you don't need to agree with someone on every issue to enthusiastically support their campaign when the other candidate is an insurrectionist, a rapist, a felon, and a Russian asset.
