soooo, if Scott is a "teen", 19 at oldest, and the youngest Samara could play is a believable 27ish, it would be problematic and odd to watch.

There's no way they can do the love triangle story because Sadie is 24 & Samara is 34 so Scott would have to be 29ish for it to be normal/believable. HOWEVER they refer to Jean as a "teen" in #SpiderManBrandNewDay so it seems they'll be casting young 20-somethings to play teens.
