Clear pathway. Jack Hinshelwood highlights that (73 games already). I watched a couple of age-group games, and very noticeable was emphasis on self-expression. Also emphasis on education plus opportunity to do coaching badges (Hinshelwood got his B licence at 20). Impressive holistic approach. You can see why parents of talents want their kids to come here. The IOC are negligent in their duty of care to female boxers. Knowingly putting males with a huge advantage in the ring with females.
