@EtihadHelp 4 weeks ago Etihad left me and my wife stranded in Singapore. In our 60s they provided no accommodation and never contacted us to get us home to Ireland. Since then I have logged a case and sent emails. No response back despite emails to say the would be in touch

@EtihadHelp 2 flights cancelled on March 1st - 2 emails to say we will be in touch. Then no more contact from Etihad about how they would get me home from Singapore. Phone not answered. My emails not answered. Is this customer service ?

@Fahadnaimb It is a disgrace to have families and young travellers out of pocket when they made AED 2.6 Billion (U.S $ 698 Million) Profit in 2025.

@Fahadnaimb But if you have been stranded in Singapore you are not getting any support with accommodation… Etihad telling passengersr it’s not their problem - an act of war and mentioning the Geneva convention was used by the airport staff when denying passengers support.

@EtihadHelp Hi I was due to fly from Singapore to Abu Dhabi and then onto Dublin today March 1st at 19.25. The flight is cancelled and I am in Singapore airport. Can you please advise on rescheduling and accommodation? Flight is EY499 and EY45.

@Ryanair why do you not provide a voucher option for the flight that you know I cannot take due to COVID-19 travel restriction. Other airlines such as @AerLingus, @KLM are doing this. Instead you offer me a free change fee but with a hiked up fare cost.
