Two steps forward and 3 back, recovery still slow moving. Threw my last live pitch this weekend till the fall. I had 2 good innings and 1 really bad. Next few weeks is about getting in shape for fall. 13 months post TJ surgery.

After Tommy John you wonder for a year if you are ever going to be able to throw again. 1st strikeout post surgery. I am praying and working hard to make sure there are more to come.

@JaredB_BSBL What I remember most about basrball weekends is not if we won or lost but hanging in the pool or running round hotel with my friends. And I am still playing juco ball. I guess maybe I would be D1 if I did not swim in that pool, lol.

First pitch in over 15 months facing a batter and almost 12 months since Tommy John surgery, it was a strike. To bad the other 25 were not that pretty. Man it felt good to compete again and now I know I can do it. I even remembered how to field a bunt. @BPCC_Baseball

Cleared to play and now its time to face a batter for 1st time in 14 months and 12 months post TJ surgery. Only have about 85% of my speed back but feels so good to be back on the field. Hangout league here we go Friday night at Centenary.
