@Frosty_Xan@DarrenDreger@NHL This isn't a player problem. The GM's keep giving them out like candy at a 4th of July parade. The GMs put it in or agreed to the contract knowing full well how it works. They made their bed, they get to deal with the limitations.
@RussoHockey@AnthonyLaPanta@TalkNorthPod Would the Wild have interest in Pavel Zacha? (If Boston is serious about moving him). 1 yr left at $4.75M. 30 goals last year and over 50 % on faceoffs 4 of the past 5 years.
@RussoHockey Avs are the better team. Period end of story. They lost 2 of there first 38 games, won the Presidents of cup. The series is different with Erickson Ek and Brodin. But without those two, this is a playoff team, not a cup contender
@AnthonyLaPanta@mnwild Any word on if DOPS is paying attention to this series? Or will it take a players career being jeopardized to get their attention. Two direct shots to the heads of Wild players and crickets from DOPS
@RussoHockey Wild put a glorified AHL team on the ice vs an NHL team playing all their top guys and pitchfork nation busts out the doom and gloom like only Minnesota fans can do. Some folks need to lighten up.
@Peter_Baugh The current system is in the CBA. If the players want a change they need the NHLPA to negotiate it. Bettman can't just snap his finger and change it. The format sucks, but pressure from the players union is the only way it changes.
@AnthonyLaPanta Evan Bouchard looked like he just quit on that play! A weak wave of the stick as Faber blew by. This after he let JEE behind him on the first Minnesota PP. He may be ultra gifted on offense, but his defense in this game was atrocious!
@RussoHockey If this team didn't have bad luck, they wouldn't have . . . Oh, that's right they don't have any luck, what am I thinking. Has to be the unluckiest team in the NHL over the past freaking decade.
@RussoHockey If the NHL went 1 v 8 - as it stands now, Minnesota would play LA and we'd be stuck with 9:30pm start times all first round. Which come to think of it, wouldn't be much different than if we played Dallas or Colorado.
@WildShitposter@JoeSmithNHL "You seriously think any of that was Hynes? ". By your logic Hynes has nothing to do with this team's success, but all its failings are his fault? That logic doesn't work.
@WildShitposter@JoeSmithNHL This team just went 12-1-2, have one bad game and it's time so BG should replace the coach? Under that logic, The Avalanche should fire Bednar tomorrow after their loss to the Islanders.
@RussoHockey But if on Halloween you would have said by black Friday the Wild would be sitting 3rd in the Western conference and have the fifth most points in the NHL, no one would have believed you.
