The weights on the left go to 55 pounds in 5 pound increments & take up a ton of space, for around $1200. Or the adjustable set that goes to 55 pounds, in 2.5 pound increments & takes up very little space for only $350. If your wanting I set of Dumbbells, I highly recommend them

@TimberworksWood Thank you. We are having pretty much the whole house redone. I hired a crew for the outside, I get to to do all of the finish trim and painting in every room. New baseboards and crown molding throughout as soon as the crown shows up

Headed back to work, with a little spring in my step😉, literally.
5 weeks after major knee surgery I am ready to go back. These have 3 heavy duty springs in each one to spring me back up and take pressure of of my knees. I have UPS brown socks coming, they have not showed up yet
