In 2019, 449,163 Californians received a jury duty summons and plead not guilty, using the "I am not a citizen, therefore I cannot sit on a jury" defense provision. The source for jury duty summons candidates is the VOTER REGISTRATION list. Tell me how there’s no voter fraud.
