Kitbashed a Blood Angels librarian using an AoS Stormcast as a base.
Mostly miscellaneous official GW bits with some green stuff to fill in gaps and make the symbol on the sword.
I used a DakkaDakkaStore shoulder to fabricate a psychic hood.

Finished my Space Wolf lieutenant in Phobos armor.
Cape and shoulder were @greytidestudio designs.
Body consists of random parts I put together to generate a pose.
Rifle was shortened and given extra bits.
Base was styrofoam covered in Milliput and gravel from @thearmypainter
