NSSF says the Court of Appeal judgment of 3 February 2023 remains the operative ruling, meaning the NSSF Act is still in force and the enhanced contribution rates continue to apply.
The Fund says pending issues before the Court do not affect employer and employee contribution rates, and has warned against misleading claims that contributions have reverted to KES 200.

NSE DAILY MARKET PERFORMANCE | 04/06/2026
We are on day 3 of a continuous bullish trend in the NSE. All indices continue to scale upwards.
TOP GAINER: Shri Krishana Overseas
TOP LOSER: Unga Group Ltd
Stanbic is up 2.31% today, as it is about to pay dividends.
Equity entered the year at 66.75 and is up 16.1% YTD
KCB is up 5.7% YTD, meaning it still has plenty of valuation room to run if it plays catch up with Equity's multiples
The real test over the next few sessions is whether 70 flips from a ceiling of 66-69 or into a solid floor.
Without a catalyst like good news/sentiment or dividends on the way , share prices at NSE will hardly move..well, maybe a Shilling or 2 max. Some pumps here can push it slightly higher but utangoja sana if you are waiting to make quick money. Just remain invested and keep adding and balancing your portfolio for optimum returns. It's amazing once you are invested these results and dividends feel like they are back-to back. Juzi KCB imelipa dividends and the next HY Results will be in 69 days from today. Safaricom dividends will be in 92days but HY Results will be shortly after..and it comes with interim dividend! That's why I prefer these small moves as we grow step at a time.
By the way, for illustration purposes, over speeding from Eldoret to Nairobi saves you only 40mins than a person who drove at normal speeds, took few minutes comfort break. Trading is same thing. You might make few Shillings extra but the journey is full of risks.
One brick at a time guys. One brick.
Stanbic Holdings shareholders are receiving a final dividend of KES 18.55 per share today.
Combined with the interim dividend of KES 3.80 per share paid earlier, total dividends for FY2025 amount to KES 22.35 per share.
@Iam_Greezy@Vickyjr It all depends on the reasons for getting a loan, is it for production or consumption?
Some people just take loans bcz they qualify, squander the money and start complaining of hard economy
