Europe spent years treating Ukraine like a country that needed protection.
Then the war started.
And suddenly the entire continent discovered that the people holding the line against Russia were not sitting in Brussels, Berlin, or Paris.
They were sitting in trenches.
The bitter truth is that Ukraine became Europe’s shield while much of Europe was still debating red lines, escalation, and what Putin might think.
History will remember who fought.
It will also remember who hesitated.
BOLTON: Ukraine now has the best army in Europe, enormous combat experience, drone technology that we should use. Ukrainians brought Russians to a halt. I don't think Trump sees any of that.
It's a shame we didn't do more earlier to help Ukrainians. War might be over by now.
You can be sure that whatever Beijing offered in return, it was to Trump and his personal allies, not the US. It’s the only motivation he has. Occasionally those interests may overlap, but his are always top priority.
BREAKING: Iran's Fars News releases a statement following President Trump's post stating a US-Iran deal would be announced "shortly" earlier today:
"It should be noted that American officials have acknowledged in multiple messages to Iran that Trump's posts are primarily for promotional purposes and media consumption within the US, and they have recommended that no attention be paid to these statements," Fars News says.
Absolutely incredible:
Over the last 6 years, the S&P 500 has risen +130% while US Consumer Sentiment has collapsed by -55%, to its lowest since data began in 1952.
We are witnessing the formation of the biggest wealth divide in modern history.
My good friend @RepThomasMassie lost tonight.
He lost because he had the guts to stand up to the Epstein class and against the war.
He won voters under 45 by 30 points.
Tonight, I say to this voters who feel rejected by Trump. We welcome you. Join our coalition to take on a rotten system and stand for the working class over the Epstein class.
We will build a movement to stand for Team America.
We have never seen corruption like this.
This conduct is so beyond the pale that Donald Trump and Todd Blanche must be removed from office immediately.
Difficult to see this as long-time Stanford basketball fan. I remember the day Jason and his brother committed to Stanford… it was all over the news. Not often a program, let alone Stanford, bags two McDonalds All Americans. From upsetting #1 Duke at Oakland Arena as a Stanford sophomore to a 13-year NBA career and becoming the first openly gay active player in league history — Jason Collins lived a life of courage and impact. Gone too soon. RIP legend.
