@crystalski@crystalski - it might be accordingly to how you want it to be, but it doesn't reflect the customer wishes which are pretty flexible. A choice of take this or cancel isn't much of a choice!
Disappointing customer service from @crystalski . Booked early last July to get flights and timing wanted. Now less than 4 weeks before departure cancel fights and won’t offer acceptable alternatives
@crystalski@crystalski went back to the Pre Travel Team as you suggested but they were as unhelpful and as intransient as before. Complete lack of any customer service ethos!
@crystalski@crystalski are you now saying that if I contact the Pre Travel team again they will be more helpful and will rebook me on to the flights I'd like to travel on but refused earlier?
@crystalski@crystalski - I've done this but they were particularly unhelpful and inflexible. Given a choice of either take a flight from another airport at different times or cancel. No consideration for what the customer would like
@united do any of your planes leave on time out? Flight out to Ohare was delayed 17 hours, rerouted flight was delayed 4 hours in Denver and now flight back to London delayed by over an hour
