I’m having an Easter reflection. I do struggle with what often seems a polarised view of what we need in schools. It’s simple.
Curricula that is relevant and motivating.
High expectations
Clear consistent routines
Instructional leaders
Personalisation
Every child known
Belief

Year 10 students are now starting to refine those Aspirations and the opportunity to explore growth sectors in Southport and the skills needed to embrace them was supported by @seftoncouncil @techedia @SouthportBID and others at #SouthportMarket plus pizza from @600DegreesPizza

Year 9 are at a crucial stage as they will be transitioning to KS4 this year and going through the option process so a day @edgehill allowed them to further define Aspirations and the steps needed to make them a reality.

Our year 7 students focused on the ‘Meols Cop Way’ experienced not only how we will raise Aspirations but what it means to Broker aspirations.
