There's two divisions of the world:
dar al-Islam (territory of Islam)
dar al-harb. (territory of war)

The crusades happened because it was a response to Muslim conquest.
Muslims see Islam as a universal religion. They spread Sharia law and sovereignty through jihad against dar al-harb. According to Islamic law, this should first be attempted peacefully through Dawah. (Mission work) If that doesn't work, war. Muslims are to eliminate fighters until they surrender or seek peace and pay the Jizya tax if subdued. If that doesn't work, death. Islam is a religion of submission. Respectfully, you won't understand history or current events if you don't wrap your head around this concept.

@MasterMaliq You're misrepresenting history. The Crusades and the Inquisition happened because of Islamic atrocities and conquest. That doesn't mean Muslims "invented" religious violence but they certainly are defined by it, and those two examples certainly do not strengthen your argument.

It’s understood today that doctors have now placed him in an induced coma but have said that ‘Stephen is a fighter’ 💚

Surgeons also had to frantically intervene to rescue his throat and neck.

Medics are now focusing on reducing the swelling to his face.
