Baylor QB DJ Lagway still impresses with his high upside. He has one of the strongest arms in the 2027 NFL Draft and shows good accuracy when throwing from a solid base. The biggest concern is his footwork, as he throws poor base far too often.

When watching Indiana QB Josh Hoover, he reminds me a lot of 49ers QB Brock Purdy. Both are accurate passers who can fit the ball into tight windows. They’re also similar athletes who may not be major running threats, but can extend plays and buy time in the pocket.
