I was told to wait another 11 business days. I keep calling, explaining from zero each time, and all I get is “keep waiting.” If a customer doesn’t pay on time, the bank calls immediately but when we overpay and ask for our own money back, no one seems to care.

On Nov 3rd I accidentally overpaid $1,500 to my credit account. Call 1: I was told to wait 3–5 business days for the payment to post. Call 2 (after waiting): I was told I needed to wait 11 business days because refunds were “backed up.” Call 3 (after waiting again)

@TD_Canada I’ve been waiting since Nov 3rd for a $1,500 refund I accidentally overpaid. First 3–5 days, then 11, now another 11? If customers don’t pay on time, we get chased—but when we overpay, we’re told to keep waiting. I need this resolved now.
