@kevinhollinrake Davey should be saying that if the next election produces a hung parliament he would work with the party leaders to see if a coalition can be formed. Clearly he won't support Reform but I doubt any other party will.

@kevinhollinrake I can never understand why Lib dems are so negative about the coalition. They got to influence policies & ok suffered in 2015 election but looking back now I think the coalition can be looked on positively compared to the problems we see in Europe with coalition govts

@kevinhollinrake Anyone talking pacts now isn't serious. If it's 3 years to an election now is for detailed work on policies and getting public opinion. Pacts are for post election and if they happen will be a compromise on both sides manifesto & probably not well liked by either's voters

@Sonny496 @codybutleruk On economy what I would do is ask Claire Coutinho to work with Sunak to devise the offer. Sunak' suggested in world of AI getting rid of employer NI & replace with other taxes to make employment cheaper. Other parties are nowhere on tax reform.

@codybutleruk No party is perfect for everyone. Kemi is leader so must lead with politics she believes in just as Maggie & Cameron did. People who don't believe in Kemi over Europe, ECHR etc will weigh up whether they prefer others. Some may prefer Lib Dems but what have they done with 70 MPs

@SlyForTheRight Very impressed Kemi has used her holiday to visit sympathetic foreign leaders. Also Andrew Griffith went to Sweden. It amazes me how successive British Govts don't learn from abroad & how our electorate rejected the Sunak idea for National Service as practiced in Scandinavia

@127J_H This makes sense & Bethell needs to work hard on his bowling so he becomes the spin option when we need 4 seamers. If not Lawrence could stay at 6. Other option is Cox could keep but Bethell like Bell looks more of a 6 than 3 currently. Curran or Coles other options.

@Vocal_GenX @KemiBadenoch her offer will be to work with Burnham on areas he doesn't want to co-operate in like welfare. I think next week will be a light touch but she'll be on the attack as Burnham's promises unravel.
