Scale it up—conservatively—and MN’s full fraud tally hits at least 350-400 cases just from immigration scams. Factor in the other cities where NGOs like LSS and IRC funneled arrivals unchecked (St. Cloud: 4,400 Somalis; Rochester: 3,400; Faribault: 2,400; Willmar: 1,200+), and it’s exponentially worse—organized rings exploiting the same lax vetting, secondary migration, and “blanket sponsorships.” We’re talking thousands statewide, not hundreds.

Now amplify the theft: Feeding Our Future? $250M stolen via fake meals for “ghost children”—mostly Somali-led nonprofits. Housing stabilization fraud? $280M siphoned into Lambos and wire transfers abroad. Daycare scams: 1,000+ phantom kids bilking subsidies. Autism centers: Inflated Medicaid for tens of millions. Real estate flips on grant-bought homes. Total grift?
