Greetings from the ICU.
Today is day 1000 since Toronto's first covid patient walked through the doors. Cases are rising again. Fall could be tricky. Our health care system is on life https://t.co/kz821sjE7D joke.Take care. Get vaxxed .You definitely don't want to run into me. ✌️
Worth listening to this very articulate defense of the slightly eccentric act of throwing tomato soup at old Masters. Necessary change often requires blunt, rough and impolite actions.

Remember when PM Trudeau went to Tofino for a short break? Front page press for 7 straight days.
Remember when Poilievre lied by saying the #mgtow misogynist hateful tag had been removed from his 50 or so videos but they're still there? Story died after one day.
PRESS DO YOUR JOB
A group of Christian extremists want 400 books banned from a local Idaho library. Meanwhile not one book on their list is actually in that library.
Once again, the ridiculousness of MAGA is front and center.

This is big: the Spanish Minister of Consumer Affairs, the economist Alberto Garzón, has just published this piece calling for ecosocialist policy to reduce resource use and improve human well-being. Check it out: https://t.co/Ba0LPPqk6G
@webster_gord @curlinggeek @CBCMontreal Picture of TMR Curling Club on April 2 2022. 24 teams from across QC playing in Provincial Club Champions competition
@webster_gord@curlinggeek@CBCMontreal Some context: Media called at 9 am, wanting a photo in 15 minutes. Club is packed every evening and steady flow of seniors during the day but not at 9 am. I agree: club should have action shots available for the media.
@curlinggeek This club is the largest in the province and regularly hosts regional and provincial spiels. We need support from Curling QC and Curling Canada to emphasize the importance of retaining curling clubs.
