And yet another day of wasted time. Spent an hour at the branch this morning. The very polite lady couldn’t do shit! @BankofAmerica is the worst bank ever!
I’ve been banking with @BankofAmerica for 23 years and tomorrow I’m closing all of my accounts.
I have never dealt with such incompetence and arrogance in my life.
Don’t deal with them under any circumstances.
I just got back from @BankofAmerica . Even the regional manager agreed with me that there is no reason why the funds are held.
Essentially someone screwed up royally. I want them fired.
Update: I had a local TV news crew respond. Tomorrow I’ll be heading to the Windermere branch of @BankofAmerica and camping out in their lobby until the funds are released or I’m arrested. Should make great TV.
It’s Tuesday night & @BankofAmerica has still given me no explanation why my deposit is held. I’m the morning I will be going back to the branch where I made the deposit & camping out. I’ll sit in the lobby until the funds are released. If that’s not till 9/19, send pizza.
So here we are at the end of yet another day. After nine phone calls with customer service and going to two different branches not only is my issue not resolved, but no one can tell me why the funds are being held.
TY @BankofAmerica
And the story continues. I went to the BOA on Sand Lake Road in Orlando. A very polite woman said the matter has been escalated and then gave me the run around. Yet more BS.
And now the scammers start. Pretending to be Bank of America and asking for my account and routing information.
Maybe if @BankofAmerica give a shit about the clients this wouldn’t be happening
@BankofAmericaEN@BofA_Help@BankofAmerica I send a response in DM over 30 minutes ago. How about you DM me.
20+ day hold on a check. Not a personal check but one made out by a large & known financial company. WTF
What I learned from the Supreme Court this week:
If a law is unjust, a man is not only right to disobey it, he is obligated to do so.
This isn’t going to end well for anyone.
