@SargentBarnes7 @sammyhagar Van Halen took Hagar from B list to the stratosphere. Sam had a great voice and could write great melodies. This was his strength. His lyrics were garbage. Ed wrote ALL the music with Alex. Roth was unique. There was nobody like him. Sam is a superior guitar player? Who cares!
