@RoyalMailHelp I’ve been waiting weeks for my items to be delivered and have had no updates. This is really poor service. I will be using a different mail provider from now on
@RoyalMailHelp@RoyalMail still no update on recorded delivery items I posted on 01/12,over 2weeks later & I have no idea where they are?no updates from Royal Mail. I will be looking at other mail services to use next year as this is crippled mine & other peoples small businesses
@RoyalMail delivery service is a joke and is ruining my business and orders I have taken. Several it’s posted around 1st December by recorded delivery still not delivered or no updates. Customers reluctant to order anything due to the massive delays.

@UPS what is going on with your delivery service?. Two parcels sent for UK to the USA this week, one over charged an extra 30% from the quoted price without my authorisation or any explanation and the other delayed by 4 days with no explanation?
@RAC_Care Im aware that fuel costs have increased, What is the free upgrade & how is this relevant to you saving money as a company? I’m already paying for Breakdown cover,what else do I need? It looks like you’re offering your customers something free & hiking up the price simultaneously
@TheRAC_UK What’s with the 40% increase in breakdown cover which you sent a letter to me about today. I signed up to pay a specific amount each month from January 22 for a year, which you have now nearly doubled without my authorisation???
