SHANEYFELT ALTERED THE ZFILM DATA and then he moved the path of the limo south and west by 10.8 inches so that the LINE OF SIGHT from Zapruder to the limo has JFK in the same spot at 161 as the old path's 168. Posted below are his notes from May 1964 showing the alterations.
The "correct" path is along the "+" signs - the red line - while the "Shaneyfelt" path follows the frame numbered dots AND uses the front bumper instead of JFK as the determination for the frame #.
When we add in the purposefully incorrect height for JFK's head within the limo - incorporated into CE884 - we can begin to see the different LEVERS OF CHANGE Shaneyfelt had at his disposal to make the math work as needed. (Street Elevation, Speed, heights of people and buildings)
Shaneyfelt says he used the Zapruder and Nix films as well as the Zapruder stills from LIFE to make his determinations.
The FBI totally and completely controlled the majority of the evidence and reports which "convicted" Oswald... The Secret Service is a close second.

This shows that in January 1964 from WCD298 the legend CE884 was CHANGED by Shaneyfelt in MAY 1964.
In Jan, WCD298 shows the legend and measurements for 3 shots and 3 hits. TAGUE comes up end of March/early April... by May the FBI/SS have enlisted WEST to change and update the survey data.
Shaneyfelt moves West's survey points south and west by .9' each and changes CE884 from the original (in the 2nd image) to the one we have today shown in the first image.
These changes helped to hide the alterations made to the film but creates unrealistic speeds along the entire route. 11.2mph is from 161 to 313... not point to point.

There was in-fact election fraud committed in Fulton County for the 2020 General Election. We have meticulously documented it with evidence. That information was then provided to a U.S. Attorney and the FBI who performed their due diligence. Those agents signed a sworn affidavit that they did indeed find probable cause of criminal violations of federal law, and submitted it with a warrant application to a federal magistrate judge. The judge signed the warrant for the 2020 election records which was then successfully executed.

Those who claim that the allegations in the warrant are "nothing new" are correct. The violations of state and federal law have never been properly investigated (no the SOS does not count- pun intended) nor adjudicated. Ever. Not in a trial- Not in a court. Not in any venue of the sort. We looked near- and we looked far- but we could never find Chris Carr. @Georgia_AG

I want to make something clear.

The systemic irregularities revealed by the analysis I did in 2020 are STILL HAPPENING in our elections.

The data indicates that we had roughly:

35,000 in 2020
26,000 in 2022
36,000 in 2024

These are being caused by the 1993 National Voter Registration Act, and these issues are exactly what conservatives warned against over three decades ago when the act was passed!

And if we’re seeing these issues here in Georgia they’re probably happening in all the other states that are subject to the act!
